Our Objective

Hummingbird Preschool, a Waldorf inspired school in San Francisco, was founded by a group of parents who were looking for an approach to early childhood education that fosters creative imagination and free play and protects the children from the damaging effects of the media (television, videos and computers).  Our goal is to provide a nurturing, healthy environment that preserves the magic of childhood.
